Fishing in Florida waters requires a license, so make sure you comply. Licenses can be purchased at Dick’s Sporting Goods and Walmart. Anclote Fishing Pier
Just a few minutes north of Hickory Point RV Park is Anclote Gulf Park, which includes the Anclote Fishing Pier. There is a $2.00 parking fee per vehicle. The Fishing Pier is open 24 hrs, 7 days a week and the remainder of the park is open from dawn to dusk. Learn more here: http://www.pascocountyfl.net/index.aspx?NID=681
