Fishing in Tarpon Springs Florida (Hickory Point RV Park)

A favorite activity among visitors is fishing: saltwater, freshwater, from a pier or a boat. There are many opportunities to get in on the fun while you’re here in the Tarpon Springs area of West Central Florida!

 

Our local waterways offer some of the most coveted trophy fish in the world including:

Fishing in Florida waters requires a license, so make sure you comply. Licenses can be purchased at Dick’s Sporting Goods and Walmart. Just a few minutes north of Hickory Point RV Park is Anclote Gulf Park, which includes the Anclote Fishing Pier. There is a $2.00 parking fee per vehicle.
